A front stalled over the Coastal Bend on the 30th. Scattered thunderstorms formed north of the boundary during the afternoon as an upper level disturbance approached from the west. Storms produced very heavy rainfall from the northern Coastal Bend to the Brush Country. Flash flooding occurred in Laredo and Beeville.
