A cold, late-season upper-level low moved inland over southern California on the 14th and 15th, bringing another round of winter storm-like conditions and precipitation. The initial round of rainfall occurred the afternoon of the 14th, heaviest in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Additional intense cells developed (with thunder) between 0500-0700 PST from Oceanside to Temecula and Point Loma to El Cajon.
