Widespread soaking rains on the 13th and 14th of March that brought over one and one half inches throughout all of central Kentucky, brought renewed minor to moderate flooding to several rivers across central Kentucky. This final bout of rain raised precipitation totals to near 7 inches for the month of March to Louisville, Lexington, and Bowling Green. The Ohio River at Louisville rose to its highest level since April and May of 2011.
