Very high moisture was left over South Texas on the 17th as the remnants of Tropical Storm Bill moved northward into north-central Texas. Numerous showers and thunderstorms produced flash flooding in the morning across the Victoria Crossroads and in the afternoon over the coastal areas of the Coastal Bend.
