Waves of showers and thunderstorms moved across central Indiana on July 13 and into the early morning of July 14. Upper level features interacted with a surface front and plenty of moisture and instability to generate severe weather and heavy rains/flooding. Three tornadoes occurred during the evening of the 13th. One tornado was in Warren County, and the other two were in Putnam County.
