Flash Flood — Wayne, NY

Showers and thunderstorms developed as a warm front lifted north across the area. The thunderstorms produced damaging wind gusts that downed trees in Lyons and Clyde in Wayne county and Victor in Ontario county. In addition to wind damage, thunderstorms building over the same areas led to flash flooding in Wayne county. Several roads were closed by swiftly moving water covering them including: Daansen Rd in Macedon, Dee Smith Road in Palmyra, Canal Street in Lyons and Glasgow Street in Clyde. T
