Flash Flood — Oldham, TX

A severe thunderstorm caused wind damage in the town of Dodson in Collingsworth County during the evening of the 21st. Earlier that afternoon, storms occurred further west in the southwest portion of the Texas Panhandle, but were non-severe. Hail, strong wind gusts, and heavy rain were all that was reported. As the night went on, heavy rain continued in some locations. This resulting in flooding in some areas. Flash flooding was reported in Vega where flood waters invaded 11 homes. Streets were
