Persistent onshore flow over several days produced large swells with long periods which impacted the middle Texas coast. Tide levels ranged from 1.5 to 2 feet above the expected levels over the period from October 21st to the 23rd. This caused minor to almost moderate tidal overflow along the coast when tide levels approached 3 feet above mean sea level.
