Flood — Tehama, CA

Strong thunderstorms developed over the northern Sacramento Valley, dropping large hail, up to 3 inches in diameter. There was also large amounts of small hail, up to 5 inches deep, bringing slippery road conditions, clogging storm drains and causing vehicle accidents. Multiple funnel clouds were reported, but no tornado touchdowns were observed. Heavy showers and thunderstorms also brought locally heavy rains into the Valley and foothills.
