A frontal boundary sagged south over southeast Ohio on the afternoon of June 26th. Thunderstorms developed along this boundary but most weakened during the afternoon hours. One persistent cell developed along the tail end of the outflow boundary and dropped heavy rain over the same location for 2 hours.
