Severe Thunderstorms developed as a cold front moved east under deepening low pressure moving into the Great Lakes the afternoon and evening of the 16th. Wind damage was reported over eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia, as well as an EF0 tornado in Fayette county, Pennsylvania, and another EF0 in Monongalia county, West Virginia.
