Flash Flood — Summers, WV

Some intense thunderstorms developed during the afternoon of the 21st. The most notable storm from a hydrologic standpoint was a slow moving cell over Summers County, WV that produced radar estimated rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in a few hours over the Brooks Creek watershed just north of Hinton.
