Flash Flood — Onondaga, NY

Torrential rain producing thunderstorms moved slowly through the Finger Lakes region to the Upper Mohawk Valley. Extreme rainfall rates produced rain amounts in excess of 2 inches within 45 to 90 minutes. This led to areas of serious street and small stream flooding in central New York.
