A slow moving frontal system brought moderate to heavy rains across much of central and north-central Pennsylvania during the overnight hours between October 20th and 21st. A very narrow band of intense rainfall developed over central Pennsylvania and extended into the higher terrain of Bradford county where 5 to 8 inches of rain fell within a 3 to 6 hour time span.
