Rich moisture with dewpoints in the 60s streamed north ahead of a cold front this afternoon. Around 1400 CST, scattered multicell thunderstorms developed from the southwest South Plains northeast through the far southeast Panhandle and moved east into the Rolling Plains through the late evening.
