Tropical Storm Hermine tracked along the Southeast United States coastline and across coastal portions of the Carolina's. Tropical Storm Hermine produced heavy rain across portions of central North Carolina. However, due to dry antecedent conditions, no flooding occurred despite rainfall amounts of up to 3 to 5 inches across southeastern portions of central North Carolina.
