Repeated rounds of strong thunderstorms with heavy rainfall produced several inches of rain in the Baraboo River Basin and surrounding areas on September 21-22. Moderate flooding occurred along the Baraboo River from La Valle to Reedsburg to Rock Springs. A State of Emergency was declared for Sauk County on September 22nd.
