Tropical Storm Hermine moving northeast along the Southeast Coast then off the Mid Atlantic Coast produced tropical storm force winds, minor to moderate coastal flooding, and locally heavy rainfall across portions of Coastal Northeast North Carolina from midday Friday, September 2nd into Saturday night, September 3rd.
