Heavy Rain

Low pressure tracking toward southern New England tapped into a plume of tropical moisture and produced torrential rainfall over northeast Connecticut and especially across adjacent portions of central Massachusetts in the matter of a few hours. This resulted in flooding in parts of Windham County.
