A strong, slow moving storm system moved through the Ohio River Valley on March 31st. This brought widespread rainfall to the Middle Ohio River Valley. There was some training of storms, leading to localized rainfall amounts of around 2 inches. As creeks and streams rose, numerous roads were closed due to high water, with some flooding lingering into the morning of April 3.
