Flash Flood — Hinds, MS

Ample moisture was in place over the region as the outer bands of Tropical Storm Cindy affect the ArkLaMiss from June 22nd through 23rd. Flash flooding was the main hazard that occurred from the rainbands that moved through the region but some stronger wind gusts were able to bring down trees across the area.
