Low pressure moving across the Upper Ohio Valley helped initiate showers and storms, some of which produced heavy rain, gusty wind, and isolated large hail across the region on the 5th. Flash flooding was reported across Armstrong, Clarion, and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania.
