A bowing line of thunderstorms pushed east into southwest portions of central Indiana during the morning of the 23rd of July. Some additional scattered storms had developed ahead of the line. Damaging wind gust accompanied the line and flash flooding was noted in Martin County where rain had impacted the area numerous times.
