Heavy rain over the Witch Creek Burn Area caused a debris flow on the Mesa Grande Indian Reservation. Mud up to knee-deep was reported next to several homes on the reservation, however it is unclear if any of these homes sustained damage. No specific event time was given and had to be estimated.
