Rainfall totals of 5 to 10 inches fell across south central Baldwin County in just a few hours late in the afternoon and early in the evening of October 22nd. The highest rainfall total recorded by a CoCoRahs observer in Loxley was 10.44 inches. ||This torrential rain resulted in significant flooding, particularly in the Loxley, Robertsdale and Silverhill areas. The rainfall also resulted in significant rises along the Fish River which crested just 0.2 feet below major flood stage.||Elsewhere in
