An oscillating surface boundary with multiple waves of low pressure brought periods of moderate to heavy rainfall from the 22nd into the 25th. This caused another round of flooding on small creeks and streams across the middle Ohio River Valley, and eventually lead to minor flooding on the Ohio River.
