May 22, 2018
Low pressure advanced from southern Michigan to the east with a co-located cold front that pushed through the Ohio Valley during the evening hours on May 22, 2018. Ahead of the front, a pool of warm (temperatures lifted into the 80s) and moist (precipitable water >= 1.5) atmosphere produced scattered showers and thunderstorms, causing water to flow out of a creek and over a roadway in Russell County.
