Moderate rain along a warm front lifting across the upper Ohio Valley resulted in flooding across portions of eastern Ohio and southwestern Pennsylvania on the 3rd, which was further exacerbated by the passing cold front later that evening. The strong cold front then produced scattered wind damage due to both strong pressure rises behind the front and with accompanying thunderstorms.
