Residual outflow boundaries from the previous day's convection in-conjunction with low level moisture and weak steering flow allowed for thunderstorms to develop. In particular, one main outflow boundary raced southeast across the Panhandles during the evening hours and colliding with other smaller outflow boundaries generated some thunderstorms.
