Subtropical Storm Alberto affected portions of the Florida panhandle and southeast Alabama on May 28th. County by county impacts are as follows. ||In Walton county, construction barrels were blown onto Highway 98 in Miramar Beach. A tree fell and knocked down power lines across the road at 186 Fine Hill Dr in De Funiak Springs.
