Excessive rainfall occurred over eastern Dawson and western Buffalo counties on this Wednesday night and very early Thursday morning, with flash flooding south of Sumner. During the evening hours, numerous thunderstorms developed from near McCook to North Platte to Broken Bow to Albion.
