Isolated monsoon thunderstorms developed across portions of La Paz County during the evening hours on August 25th. The storms generated a variety of monsoon weather hazards including heavy rains and gusty outflow winds. The outflow winds, in excess of 30 mph, generated dust storm conditions in the town of Bouse; a trained spotter there reported visibility down to just 200 feet in blowing dust at 1850MST.
