Three to five inches of rain fell over the Badlands and southwest South Dakota from June 17th through the 20th. Runoff caused minor flooding along the White River from Kadoka to the confluence of the Missouri River. The river was only above flood stage at Oacoma for a short time period on June 21st when it rose to just above the flood stage of 15 feet to 15.6 feet. Minor flooding of agricultural land occurred as a result.
