Increased monsoonal moisture in Southern California resulted in numerous thunderstorms across the region. Flash flooding, debris flows, and lightning reported in the San Bernardino Mountains. San Diego and Riverside counties saw flash flooding too along with thunderstorm winds that caused damage. Various roads were closed through the afternoon and evening due to flooding and debris flows.
