An area of thunderstorms produced 2.5 to 4 inches of rain in less than 3 hours which caused flooding and road washouts in portions of Hillsborough County. Cavendar, Kimble, Middle, Tannery Hill Road, and 19 Mile Roads in Hancock were washed out. The intersection of Forest Road and Peterborough Street was also washed out.
