Thunderstorms with heavy rain moved across portions of northeast Iowa during the evening of September 3rd. Rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 4 inches produced some flash flooding across Allamakee and Clayton Counties. High water was reported in and around Dorchester (Allamakee County) and a mudslide occurred north of Marquette (Clayton County).
