A warm front lifting across Northeast Pennsylvania and Central New York was the focus for several rounds of thunderstorm activity within a very warm and humid airmass. Slow moving, heavy rain producing thunderstorms contributed to several areas of minor flooding, along with, more serious flash flooding.
