Showers and thunderstorms developed across southeastern Oklahoma during the morning of the 26th, and became widespread over the region through the morning of the 27th. When the rain finally shifted to the east of the area on the 27th, widespread 2.5 to 5 inches of rain had fallen across southeastern Oklahoma.
