Intensifying low pressure tracked northeast along the Saint Lawrence River Valley from late on the 21st through the morning of the 22nd. The low drew unseasonably warm air north across the region. Light freezing rain accumulated .10 to .20 of an inch across northern and central areas during the morning of the 21st before a transition to rain.
