February 5th and 6th saw a low pressure system with embedded cold front stall near the Ohio River Valley. It finally pushed to the southeast through central Kentucky on the 7th. This system dropped rainfall on already saturated soil across southern Indiana. A few trees blew over and localized flooding were the result.
