Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms trained across Manchester early on the 17th, leading to flooding in and around the city as 2 to 3 inches of rain fell.||Heavy rain of nearly 3 inches led to a mudslide in Stanton. This slide fell onto a two story house, causing the top floor to collapse into the first floor.
