Strong to isolated severe storms developed mainly over southeast Kansas and southern Missouri along a stalled front during the afternoon and evening. Locations south of Highway 54 received between one half inch and one inch of rain, with isolated accumulations over two inches which caused flooding across portions of the southwest Missouri.
