Snowmelt and heavy rain from late March and April along with above normal rainfall in May brought periodic flooding on the Turtle Creek throughout May. The creek fell below flood stage on the 1st of May and then above and below flood stage from the 11th through the 15th and again from the 22nd through the end of May into June. The creek reached its highest stage of 15.50 feet on April 1st where flood stage is 7 feet.
