Snake Creek flooding from April continued into early May before falling below flood stage. The Snake Creek then went above and below flood stage from the 25th to the 27th of May. Above normal May rainfall contributed to the new flooding. The highest stage reached was 16.25 feet near Ashton in late April where flood stage is 11.5 feet.
