Scattered showers and thunderstorms developed along a lake breeze on the afternoon and evening of the 28th. Though these storms pulsed up very quickly and didn���t last very long, they were very efficient at producing heavy rain. A localized storm over Elyria produced flash flooding along the Willow Creek area.
