Flash Flood — Logan, KY

On the morning of July 22nd, a cold front was positioned along the Ohio River. This provided widespread heavy rainfall in front of and behind the front. On the 21st, high water issues required road closures in the Lexington area, and on the 22nd, widespread flooding occurred in Logan county with a house fire in Warren County. The fire is believed to have been started by a lightning strike.
