Flash Flood — Mercer, PA

A developed mesoscale convective system moved through the region during the early morning hours of July 20th. As a result, severe flooding and damaging winds occurred. During the afternoon, cells initiated off a diffuse outflow boundary that was left over from the morning's convective cluster.
