Hurricane Dorian tracked south of the Gulf of Maine during the 7th...making landfall near Halifax Nova Scotia that afternoon. Sustained winds across central and coastal portions of Washington county generally ranged from 20 to 30 mph...with peak gusts of 40 to 45 mph.
