Slow moving low pressure centered well off the coasts of New Jersey and Delaware produced coastal flooding during several consecutive high tide cycles from October 9 through October 12. Moderate coastal flooding occurred with the evening high tide on the 10th, and with the morning and evening high tides on the 11th.
