Flash Flood — Harrison, TX

A vigorous upper level storm system over northwest Texas triggered a round of strong to severe thunderstorms over northeast Texas, southwest Arkansas, and northwest Louisiana ahead of a cold front that moved east through the area. Isolated tornadoes occurred ahead of a cold front during the morning hours, and there were a few reports of wind damage and flash flooding as the cold front moved east during the daytime.
